Shipping policy

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been successfully completed.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. During major releases, holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.

Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier to scan the package before tracking information becomes active.

Delivery Times

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances outside the control of Swish Studios.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may be unable to modify the delivery address.

Swish Studios is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows an unexpected delay, loss, or damage during transit, please contact us as soon as possible so our team can assist with determining the appropriate next steps with the shipping carrier.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, building management, and the applicable shipping carrier.

Carrier investigations and claims may be required before a resolution can be provided.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and other circumstances outside Swish Studios' control.
